Meet The Team
Charles Arndt D.C.
Dr. Charles Arndt has been a strong, integral part of the Sterling Community for over 34 years. Since the day he opened the doors, he has kept up with the latest research and techniques to deliver the finest care to the patients in his practice. Far different than most practitioners, his focus has always been on wellness... on correcting the underlying cause of illness and painful conditions rather than simply managing the symptoms.
As a result of Dr. Arndt's research, the practice has evolved over the years. Where he once only offered the finest in chiropractic care, he has since included rehabilitation and physical therapy, nutrition, and medical weight loss. Most recently he has integrated his office and brought on a medical team to offer regenerative medical therapy services. All these services work hand-in-hand to give his community the greatest opportunity for healthy, quality living. What this means for you as a patient, is that every possible barrier to your good health is being addressed.
At the age of 14, he received the award of Eagle Scout. He went on to study biology at Ithaca College, NY. He then transferred and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UCLA. In 1985 he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Los Angeles Chiropractic College.
When Dr. Arndt isn't in the office, he is often giving educational lectures on the causes of disease and regenerative medicine. His hobbies are exercise, research, and playing with his grandbabies.
"I am committed to better health and wellness for each patient. Having trained in the most up-to-date procedures and techniques used in healthcare today, you can be assured that your health is in good hands."
